    #Personality is the No.1 factor influencing learning effectiveness!

    Through long-term, in-depth observation of learners, I’ve identified four key dimensions of personality that shape how we learn.

    Dimension 1: Where do you gain focus and learning energy?
    → Social-oriented vs. Independent-oriented

    Dimension 2: How do you process, organise and apply information?
    → Analytical vs. Intuitive vs. Gestalt

    Dimension 3: What drives your motivation for learning and growth?
    → Goal-driven vs. Challenge-driven

    Dimension 4: How do you emotionally respond to your learning outcomes?
    → Sensitive vs. Adaptive

    Once you understand your learning personality, you can try two approaches:

    1. Align your study plan with your natural personality traits.
    2. Adjust your #mindset and approach based on the knowledge or skills you aim to develop.

    Wéidù èr: Nǐ rúhé lǐjiě, zǔzhī yǔ yùnyòng zīxùn? Fēnxī xíng vs zòngguān xíng vs zhíjué xíng

    維度三:你如何維持學習與成長的動能?目標導向 vs 挑戰導向
    Wéidù sān: Nǐ rúhé wéichí xuéxí yǔ chéngzhǎng de dòngnéng? Mùbiāo dǎoxiàng vs tiǎozhàn dǎoxiàng

    維度四:你看待學習表現的情緒感受為何?敏感型 vs 彈性型
    Wéidù sì: Nǐ kàndài xuéxí biǎoxiàn de qíngxù gǎnshòu wèihé? Mǐngǎn xíng vs tánxìng xíng

    了解以上學習風格以後,可以有以下兩種嘗試:
    Liǎojiě yǐshàng xuéxí fēnggé yǐhòu, kěyǐ yǒu yǐxià liǎng zhǒng chángshì:

    1. 順應人格特質,來制定學習規劃
    1. Shùnyìng réngé tèzhì, lái zhìdìng xuéxí guīhuà

    2. 依照期望學習的知識與技能,調整學習心態( #Mindset)與人格特質
    2. Yīzhào qīwàng xuéxí de zhīshì yǔ jìnéng, tiáozhěng xuéxí xīntài ( #Mindset) yǔ réngé tèzhì
