    What do Gen Z talents care about most in the workplace? And what causes their dissatisfaction?

    During a few recent Corpus Business Application sessions, I discussed a trending topic with my learners: Gen Z in workplaces – revenge quitting and job dissatisfaction.

    I asked several experienced professionals in the class for their views on Gen Z: ‘What do Gen Z talents care about most in the workplace? And what causes their dissatisfaction?’

    From the perspective of #TalentLearningFacilitation, I would like to analyse this phenomenon using the NLP Dilts’ Logical Levels model…

    Traditional management often focuses on the bottom level #behaviour: Are they on time? Are KPIs being met?

    Gen Z, however, cares about the top of the Logical Levels #identity and #purpose: ‘Who am I here?’ ‘What kind of person does this job allow me to become?’

    If these two levels cannot be aligned and feedback to managers yields no satisfactory response, revenge quitting can become an extreme method of taking back control.

    Through #TeamFacilitation, we can use the Corpus Learn to Learn framework to ‘facilitate’ a mindset reshape:

    1️⃣ Rapport: understand the anxiety caused by this ‘level misalignment’ in young teams. Through reframing, young talents may transform an imperfect workplace into a training ground for self-improvement.

    2️⃣ Empowerment: through our Self-Teach mechanism, the facilitator provides resources and authority during the facilitation process, giving the team the opportunity to actively utilise these resources.

    3️⃣ Identity Shift: guide the young team towards the mindset: ‘You are working for your own market value, not just for the boss.’

    前陣子在 Corpus 的商務應用課上,我和學員們討論了一個話題:Gen Z in workplaces – revenge quitting and job dissatisfaction(Z世代的報復性離職與工作不滿)。
    Qián zhènzǐ zài Corpus de shāngwù yìngyòng kè shàng, wǒ hé xuéyuánmen tǎolùnle yīgè huàtí:Gen Z in workplaces – revenge quitting and job dissatisfaction(Z shìdài de bàofù xìng lízhí yǔ gōngzuò bùmǎn).

    我問了幾位資深學員們對於職場中Gen Z的看法:「Gen Z在職場中最在意什麼?什麼會造成他們對於職場的不滿?」
    Wǒ wènle jǐ wèi zīshēn xuéyuánmen duìyú zhíchǎng zhōng Gen Z de kànfǎ:`Gen Z zài zhíchǎng zhōng zuì zàiyì shénme? Shénme huì zàochéng tāmen duìyú zhíchǎng de bùmǎn?’

    以 #人才高效學習引導 的角度,我想運用NLP 神經語言程式學的邏輯層次 (Logical Levels)來分析這個現象……
    Yǐ #réncái gāoxiào xuéxí yǐndǎo de jiǎodù, wǒ xiǎng yùnyòng NLP shénjīng yǔyán chéngshì xué de luójí céngcì (Logical Levels) lái fēnxī zhège xiànxiàng……

    傳統管理在乎的是最底層的 #行為 (Behaviour):有沒有準時?KPI 有沒有達標?
    Chuántǒng guǎnlǐ zàihū de shì zuì dǐcéng de #xíngwéi (Behaviour): Yǒu méiyǒu zhǔnshí?KPI yǒu méiyǒu dábiāo?

    而Gen Z 在乎的是 邏輯層次 頂端的 #身分 (Identity) 與 #意義 (Purpose): 「我在這裡是誰?」、「這份工作能讓我成為什麼樣的人?」
    Ér Gen Z zàihū de shì luójí céngcì dǐngduān dì #shēnfèn (Identity) yǔ #yìyì (Purpose): `Wǒ zài zhèlǐ shì shuí?’,`Zhè fèn gōngzuò néng ràng wǒ chéng wéi shén me yàng de rén?’

    要是這兩者無法對齊,並且反映給主管後也得不到滿意的回應,報復性離職可能變成一種極端奪回控制權的手段。
    Yàoshi zhè liǎng zhě wúfǎ duìqí, bìngqiě fǎnyìng gěi zhǔguǎn hòu yě dé bù dào mǎnyì de huíyīng, bàofù xìng lízhí kěnéng biànchéng yīzhǒng jíduān duóhuí kòngzhì quán de shǒuduàn.

    透過 #團隊引導,我們可以運用 Corpus Learn to Learn 的架構來「引導」思維重塑:
    Tòuguò #tuánduì yǐndǎo, wǒmen kěyǐ yùnyòng Corpus Learn to Learn de jiàgòu lái `yǐndǎo’sīwéi chóng sù:

    1️⃣ 同理 (Rapport): 理解年輕團隊 層次錯位的焦慮,透過 Reframing (換框),將 不理想的職場 轉化為 自我練功的場域。
    1️⃣ Tóng lǐ (Rapport): Lǐjiě niánqīng tuánduì céngcì cuòwèi de jiāolǜ, tòuguò Reframing (huàn kuàng), jiāng bù lǐxiǎng de zhíchǎng zhuǎnhuà wéi zìwǒ liàngōng de chǎng yù.

    2️⃣ 賦權(Empowerment): 透過 Self-Teach 機制,在引導過程中給資源與權限,給團隊機會 主動運用資源。
    2️⃣ Fù quán (Empowerment): Tòuguò Self-Teach jīzhì, zài yǐndǎo guòchéng zhōng gěi zīyuán yǔ quánxiàn, gěi tuánduì jīhuì zhǔdòng yùnyòng zīyuán.

    3️⃣ 身分轉移 (Identity Shift): 引導年輕團隊「你在為自己的身價工作,而不只是為了老闆。」的思維。
    3️⃣ Shēnfèn zhuǎnyí (Identity Shift): Yǐndǎo niánqīng tuánduì `nǐ zài wèi zìjǐ de shēnjià gōngzuò, ér bù zhǐshì wèile lǎobǎn.’De sīwéi.
