Let’s talk about the beautiful seasonal changes we experience during winter in China. ❄️✨
冬天的节气 (Dōngtiān de jiéqì) refers to the traditional Chinese solar terms that occur during the winter months. From Minor Snow (小雪) to Major Cold (大寒), each term carries its own significance and marks the transitions within the winter season.
During 冬至 (Dōngzhì), which falls around December 21st, we celebrate the arrival of the winter solstice. It’s a time when families come together to enjoy delicious, warming meals such as 汤圆 (tāngyuán), a sweet glutinous rice ball, symbolising reunion and harmony.
As we embrace 寒露 (Hánlù) and 霜降 (Shuāngjiàng), we witness the awe-inspiring beauty of frost-covered landscapes. Winter becomes a canvas painted with delicate ice crystals, sparkling in the morning sun. It’s a time when nature pauses and the tranquility invites us to appreciate its serene charm.
冬天的节气 reminds us to take care of our well-being during the colder months. We snuggle up in cozy blankets, sip on hot drinks and revel in the joy of festive traditions. It’s also a perfect time for introspection, setting goals and planning for the coming year.

Ràng wǒmen lái tán tán zhōngguó dōngtiān měilì de jìjié biànhuà ba. ❄️✨
“冬天的節氣”（Dōngtiān de jiéqì）指的是中國傳統的冬季節氣。 從”小雪”到”大寒”，每個節氣都有其獨特的意義，標誌著冬季的轉折點。
“Dōngtiān de jiéqì”(Dōngtiān de jiéqì) zhǐ de shì zhōngguó chuántǒng de dōngjì jiéqì. Cóng”xiǎoxuě”dào”dàhán”, měi gè jiéqì dōu yǒu qí dútè de yìyì, biāozhìzhe dōngjì de zhuǎnzhédiǎn.
在”冬至”（Dōngzhì）這一天，大約在12月21日左右，我們慶祝冬至的到來。 這是一個家人聚在一起享受美味溫暖的食物的時刻，例如像徵團圓和和諧的”湯圓”（tāngyuán）。
Zài”dōngzhì”(Dōngzhì) zhè yītiān, dàyuē zài 12 yuè 21 rì zuǒyòu, wǒmen qìngzhù dōngzhì de dàolái. Zhè shì yīgè jiārén jù zài yīqǐ xiǎngshòu měiwèi wēnnuǎn de shíwù de shíkè, bǐrú xiàngzhēng tuányuán hé héxié de”tāngyuán”(tāngyuán).
當我們迎接”寒露”（Hánlù）和”霜降”（Shuāngjiàng）時，我們目睹了覆蓋著霜的美麗景色。 冬天變成了一個銀裝素裹、在早晨陽光下閃閃發光的畫布。 這個時刻大自然停下腳步，寧靜中邀請我們欣賞它的美麗。
Dāng wǒmen yíngjiē”hánlù”(Hánlù) hé”shuāngjiàng”(Shuāngjiàng) shí, wǒmen mùdǔle fùgàizhe shuāng de měilì jǐngsè. Dōngtiān biàn chéngle yīgè yín zhuāng sù guǒ, zài zǎochén yángguāng xià shǎnshǎn fāguāng de huàbù. Zhège shíkè dà zìrán tíng xià jiǎobù, níngjìng zhōng yāoqǐng wǒmen xīnshǎng tā de měilì.
“冬天的節氣”提醒我們在寒冷的幾個月裡照顧好自己的健康。 我們蜷縮在舒適的毯子裡，品味熱飲，沉浸在節慶傳統的喜悅中。 這也是一個進行內省、設定目標並規劃未來一年的絕佳時機。
