在台湾买东西居然可以拿到乐透?
Zài tái wān mǎi dōng xī jū rán kě yǐ ná dào lè tòu?
在韩国买东西的时候，店员都会问客人：「需要收据吗？」，但是大部分的韩国人都会回答：「不需要」、「请帮我丢掉」…等。因为在韩国几乎都以刷卡付款为主，所以交易纪录都会存在云端，可以直接用手机透过网路银行确认消费纪录。
Zài hán guó mǎi dōng xī de shí hòu, diàn yuán dōu huì wèn kè rén:`Xū yào shōu jù ma?’, Dàn shì dà bù fèn de hán guó rén dōu huì huí dá:`Bù xū yào’,`qǐng bāng wǒ diū diào’…děng. Yīn wèi zài hán guó jī hū dōu yǐ shuā kǎ fù kuǎn wéi zhǔ, suǒ yǐ jiāo yì jì lù dōu huì cún zài yún duān, kě yǐ zhí jiē yòng shǒu jī tòu guò wǎng lù yíng háng què rèn xiāo fèi jì lù.
不过，在台湾，不管是用现金支付或刷卡支付，几乎大家都一定会拿发票。台湾的发票分成下面两种形式：电子发票、传统发票。
Bù guò, zài tái wān, bù guǎn shì yòng xiàn jīn zhī fù huò shuā kǎ zhī fù, jī hū dà jiā dōu yī dìng huì ná fā piào. Tái wān de fā piào fēn chéng xià miàn liǎng zhǒng xíng shì: Diàn zǐ fā piào, chuán tǒng fā piào.
这两种发票最大的差异就是，电子发票有QR-code，扫描后就可以用手机查询消费明细或对奖；传统发票背面则是有开奖日期与领奖日期。所以其实没有太大的不一样，都是台湾的生活乐透。
Zhè liǎng zhǒng fā piào zuì dà de chā yì jiù shì, diàn zǐ fā piào yǒu QR-code, sǎo miáo hòu jiù kě yǐ yòng shǒu jī chá xún xiāo fèi míng xì huò duì jiǎng; chuán tǒng fā piào bèi miàn zé shì yǒu kāi jiǎng rì qí yǔ lǐng jiǎng rì qí. Suǒ yǐ qí shí méi yǒu tài dà de bù yī yàng, dōu shì tái wān de shēng huó lè tòu.
发票上面的八位数字，就是同等于乐透号码！每隔两个月的25号会开奖一次，大概两个礼拜后就可以去领钱，金额从200到1000万元都有，无关买了多少钱，只要有消费，就算只有买1元的东西，都有机会可以中1000万元！
Fā piào shàng miàn de bā wèi shù zì, jiù shì tóng děng yú lè tòu hào mǎ! Měi gé liǎng gè yuè de 25 hào huì kāi jiǎng yī cì, dà gài liǎng gè lǐ bài hòu jiù kě yǐ qù lǐng qián, jīn é cóng 200 dào 1000 wàn yuán dōu yǒu, wú guān mǎi le duō shǎo qián, zhǐ yào yǒu xiāo fèi, jiù suàn zhǐ yǒu mǎi 1 yuán de dōng xī, dōu yǒu jī huì kě yǐ zhōng 1000 wàn yuán!
但是现在台湾也渐渐的提倡无纸化交易（所以其实电子发票的出现是无纸化的过渡期手段），有部分的店家开始提供消费者利用载具，把发票存在云端，不但可以自动记帐，还能自动通知当月是否中奖，非常方便呢！
Dàn shì xiàn zài tái wān yě jiàn jiàn de tí chàng wú zhǐ huà jiāo yì (suǒ yǐ qí shí diàn zǐ fāpiào de chū xiàn shì wú zhǐ huà de guò dù qī shǒu duàn), yǒu bù fèn de diàn jiā kāi shǐ tí gōng xiāo fèi zhě lì yòng zǎi jù, bǎ fā piào cún zài yún duān, bù dàn kě yǐ zì dòng jì zhàng, hái néng zì dòng tōng zhī dàng yuè shì fǒu zhòng jiǎng, fēi cháng fāng biàn ne!
不管是拿到上面哪一种发票，记得以后在台湾买东西的时候，不要傻傻地把发票丢掉，一定要好好保存喔，说不定你就是下一个千万奖金得主！

Invoice Lottery in Taiwan
When shopping in South Korea, you often get asked by the cashier, “Do you need the receipt?” Most Koreans will answer, “No need,” or “Please throw it away for me.” This is because Korean people mostly pay by credit cards. Their transactions will be recorded in the cloud, and they can use their mobile phones to track their spending. However, in Taiwan, almost everyone will take the invoice, whether they pay in cash or by credit cards. Taiwan’s invoices are divided into the following two forms: electronic invoices and traditional invoices.
The biggest difference between the two invoices is that the electronic invoice has a QR-code. After scanning the code by a phone, you can check the details of your purchase or whether you win the prize. As for the traditional invoice, the date of the draw and the date of receiving the award are printed on the back. Other than that, there is not much difference. They are both invoice lottery in Taiwan.
The eight-digit number on the invoice can be seen as lottery numbers. On the 25th of every odd month, the winning numbers will be drawn. After about two weeks, you can receive the money. The amount goes from NT$ 200 to NT$ 10 million. It has nothing to do with the amount of money you spend. As long as you buy something, even if it only costs NT$ 1, you will have the opportunity to win NT$ 10 million.
Currently, Taiwan is promoting paperless transactions (in fact, the emergence of electronic invoices is a paperless transition period). Some stores have begun to provide consumers with virtual invoices. They exist in the cloud, which not only helps people keep tracks of spending, but also notifies automatically them when they win a prize!
When you shop in Taiwan in the future, no matter which kind of invoice you receive, don’t throw it away. You could be the next millionaire!

대만의 영수증은 로또/복권이라고요?
한국에서 물건을 사고나서 점원이“영수증 드릴까요?”라고 물으면 “아니요.””버려주세요.”라고 대답하는 한국 사람들이 대부분입니다. 왜냐하면 한국에서는 카드 결제가 위주이기 때문이에요. 거래 명세 내역이 자동으로 클라우드에 저장되고 핸드폰의 인터넷 뱅킹 앱을 통해 소비 금액도 확인할 수 있어요.
반대로 대만에서는 현금이든 카드이든 지불하면 영수증을 꼼꼼히 챙기거든요. 대만의 영수증은 크게 2가지로 나눌 수 있는데, 바로 전자영수증과 전통영수증입니다.
이 둘 차이가 뭐냐하면 전자영수증은 QR 코드가 있어서 핸드폰으로 결재 내역을 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 당첨 결과도 알 수 있어요. 반면에 전통영수증은 QR코드가 없고 그 대신 뒷면에 복권 확인날과 복권 당첨금 받는 수령하는 기간이 적혀 있습니다. 그래서 사실 큰 차이는 없고요. 다 생활 복권입니다! ㅎㅎ
영수증 내역 중에 숫자 8자리가 바로 복권 번호예요. 홀수 달 25일에 당첨 여부를 확인할 수 있고 2주 뒤에 바로 당첨금을 수령할 수 있습니다. 당첨금은 NTD 200부터 NTD 1,000만까지 (한화로 약 3억7,000만 원)입니다. 돈을 얼마나 썼는지는 소비만 하면 NTD 1만 내셔도 NTD 1,000만을 받을 가능성이 있습니다!
지금 대만에서도 점점 무서류 거래를 권장해서(그래서 사실 전자영수증은 무서류 거래로 넘어가는 과도기를 보여줍니다.) 어떤 상가가 영수증을 소비자의 핸드폰이나 이지카드, 멤버카드 등으로 클라우드에 등록될 수 있는 기능도 있기는 합니다. 자동으로 장부 기입도 되고 그 영수증이 당첨됐는지도 알 수 있는 알람이 옵니다. 너무 편하지 않나요?
결론적으로 대만에서 소비활동을 하신 후에 어떠한 영수증을 받던지 막 버리지 마시고 잘 보관하세요!
